The Deluxe version comes with an extra key for the standard version of the game that you can give you someone else. It also includes a couple of the DLCs. The Gold bundle includes the game and DLC. There is no extra key with this. Once you give a key to someone you cannot revoke it. It is theirs. When you purchase an item on Steam, you can install on any of your computers.
