Hold the shift key down while moving or resizing. That will disable snapping so you should be able to set whatever dimensions you want. You can also disable this in the Fences configuration.

The Fences v3.05 update was released with Simplified Chinese language and updates to existing Fences features. Read more about the update here .

You purchase the current version, which at this time is v3. That license will never expire for that version and you will receive updates for that version. If there is a Fences v4, there is typically a discounted upgrade price for the new version.

Right-click in a fence, select View and it's there.

Stand-alone apps are not subscriptions, you get to use the version that was purchased for as long as you want. Major upgrades are not included. To use Start10 with a WindowBlinds theme you need to select the Windows 7 style menu to match the WindowBlinds skin.
