You can resize a fence with your mouse just as you would do with most windows on your desktop.

You need to backup your installers that you had during your membership. If your membership is expired then the downloads are not available.

If you purchase Object Desktop you can continue to use the versions even if you let the membership expire. The apps don't stop working at the end of your membership. Any stand-alone app will receive updates for as long as it's supported. Upgrades are available for most apps when a new major version is released.
