Sean, You are correct. I am accessing a secondary machine which is the VM host... not guest. When the VMs are unloaded the lag does disappear. There is no discernable delay in the secondary machine recognizing input from either the mouse or keyboard.

I have a situation where I use multiplicity in a seamless configuration to control 4 machines... the primary machine, 1 VMware host, and 2 virtual machines on the VMware host.
