Yes. It is always active as we have 9 monitors running at all times and when they try to move it is just locks up.

I have a customer that is stating that the cursor periodically locks up and turns RED. Then the only way they can gain control is to restart the computer. I have never seen this happen. Has anyone else experienced this?
