At this point I'm not sure how this company works. If you call them by phone, EVERY department is voice mail, even the operator, and no matter who's name you try in the company directory, it tells you no one exists. My order I was told was tagged as fraud, but my bank approved it, and after leaving 2 voice mails and 3 emails i have recieved no responce. I am seeing fraud here, but it's not on my end.

I have a suggestion, hire someone to actually answer a phone at your company and provide some costumer support. At this point I'm not sure how this company works.
