Ok, i've resend it copying the email attachment in the email [e digicons]:grin:[/e] , though there's no more attachment ... EDIT: send now about 2 hours ago WITHOUT attachment but still no automatic answer you've received it ...

Not sure to understand but the attachment was the email receipt from Stardock proving of my renewing subscriptions (which right now is wrong for Wincustomize ...) Though which way and what have i to do exactly ??

Hi there, I've send yesterday a mail to sales@stardock.com (becauze of a Wincustomize Subscription period trouble) and didn't get any "automatic answer" telling the problem was at least registred (as Stardock used to do). As i didn't get this, i send another mail to sales@stardock.com, still no answer ... Is there any trouble or what ?
