Help i can't play multiplayer!! in Sins Multiplayer Sins Forums

I go to ICO Login (Ironclad Online) option, then i write my username and password... then shows a window that says "Disconnected from Ironclad Online". Please send me a decent solution, i tried to search, found solutions, but those didn't worked for me :(
