Thanks! That did it. I just installed 3.09 over 3.1.3.3 and rebooted and everything is working fine. Which convinces me the icons jumping around were due to the new version. Don't know if this forum allows it, but can I mark this thread as answered?
Since installing this latest version, all the desktop icons NOT in a fenced area jump around pretty regularly. I use a program to restore the icons to their proper locations, I then click once on an icon and they all move around, some are hidden behind the fenced area. I don't want to spend time troubleshooting this I just want to revert back to the previous version that worked fine. How do I do this?
