I too have the same issue. I am using windows 8.1 and have just upgraded from Fences 2.13 to Fences 3.01. I was able to move icons around with 2.13 but since paying for the upgrade to 3.01 I am unable to move icons. Please could you supply a resolution for this. Thanks
