I'm having the exact same problem on my Win10 Dell M6600 laptop - no icons until I right-click. This only happens with a normal user account. If I log on with the Admin account this problem doesn't occur. In addition, with the standard user account, every 10 minutes or so there is a pop-up asking if I want to allow Fences to make changes to my system. Regardless of how many times I enter the Admin password, this pop-up continues to nag me - eve
