I have not been able to get Start 11 v 2 to display the configured graphics. I am attaching screen prints

I just got the latest dev channel. The Start10 Icon does not appear on my task bar.

I downloaded some cursorfx files from wincustomize. Where do I need to place these files so cursor FX can see them?
