I just competed order/payment (via PayPal) but haven't received any download instructions. I did see a popup with a key code, which I copied (or thought so). Seems I didn't. Can someone check. BTW, I recently had a computer meltdown and am in process of rebuilding. I have been a Start10 customer for some time (going back to Start8). So as not to waste my money, can I re-instate a former purchase - get a fresh download and key??? Dick Lennon
