Completely agree. I belatedly started using the Windows 10 Start Menu tiles about a year ago and have not looked back. It is a superb interface despite needing an update with smaller tiles and the ability easily to copy the tile layout to other machines. Extremely disappointed that my own vast (think 32" UHD monitor filled with tiles) carefully organised start menu, including its custom tiles to access various web sites, has to go when I install Windows 11, which I really want to d

I'd be awfully grateful if you could change this behaviour. I'm a great fan of Stardock utilities but this one only works for me because I have a giant UHD screen and can afford the desk space. I have to put rolled up fences on one side of the screen and avoid having windows in that area. It works pretty well but it would be 100% better to have the rolled up fences across the top of the screen.

Completely agree with the requirement. The simple requirement is: Enable the user to interact with contents of a fence regardless of other screen content in the simplest possible way. As it stands, the contents of a rolled up Fence are not easily accessible if a non-Fence window is in the way because the fence contents are shown behind non-fence windows.
