The ticket was just responded to; I was being pushy to see if I could move it along.

I have a ticket open with support as of yesterday morning for my order earlier in the week. No one has responded to the ticket. I still haven't received any kind of order confirmation. Super excited about this! /s [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
