Hi, I had the same issue (lags and so on) and since I noticed several of my utilities related to window management had issues with Win 10, I tried checking in the troubleshooting menu of settings, the "Temporarily disable all special window-event hooking." option. After a reboot (just in case) ObjectDock had no more lags on my PC. I did not notice any change in the behavior of OD or loss of functiunality.
