I followed your advice to uninstall, reboot, reinstall, then reboot yesterday. This morning I did not see the pop-up to download the update. If that changes, I will be back to post on this string again. Thanks!

I have the same problem but it is July 30, 2023. I would think given a year has passed that someone at Stardock could have fixed this issue.
