I have version 2.13 and the "check for updates" button says that this is the latest software - is there something later?

With the update to version 2.13, the fences on my second monitor move to my first monitor on reboot. Works ok when the system sleeps. I think it worked ok on the previous version, but I am not 100% sure. Windows 10 Home, HPE-590t, Intel i7 CPU, no touch screen.
