Hmm I don't see there moderators replying at all. I am beginning to wonder if I made a bad choice buying there product. I am getting there error code 212 and it wont work not even in trail mode...

I bought start 10 and I tried to register it via reg key and email and also with email and password. None of them work as I keep getting useless error code 212. I also tried to do the trail version but no no why should that work? same shitty error 212 again.
