Sorry Wrong View No its not locked. When I right click or left click on an icon and drag it I get a circle with a line through it.

There is no LOCK in the view setting, only Opacity settings. And ALL the icons on the desktop are locked. I cant move anything unless I uninstall fences on this computer. I was able to draw a line around some shortcuts and create a fence, thats the only way I can get anything into a fence.

I am and I have no Idea what 360 security is.

I have 2 computers both with Windows 10, One works ok with a purchased fences 2.0 which is all I can get access to and the other locks the icons, I cant use it for that computer, and thats the one with the most desktop shortcuts. Something is wrong somewhere in something.
