Thank you very much. With Version 3.08 the clicking lag and "desktop typing" issue is gone completely. It now feels even better than Version 3.03 was. Great job !! And great comunity !!

Once ready I would like to test a potential new beta (Yes, I am on dual screen as well) Thanks, Oliver
I got v 3.03 from http://www.filehorse.com/download-fences/
Shouldn't you see your serial well at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products ? You may need to click on "Show product keys" I can see mine
I still have the click lag with the beta. [e digicons]:([/e]
Same here, basically all issues described in https://forums.stardock.com/482822/Slower-Desktop-Navigation-when-activating-Fences are still existing.
I believe at least the manually taken Snaphots will last forever. Just the automatic Daily ones last for three days (today-2 to today). At least they do for me. However I think extending the retention of the automatic ones to a week or a month (can be optional) could be usefull. The current backups seem to be stored in "%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups" so you may want to copy them to your personal backup (can be schedulled vi
Hi, I can tell you that the update check contacts activate.api.stardock.net. However I've also noticed that it periodically connects to dl.dropbox.com but I'm not sure why.
Thanks! I added "127.0.0.1 activate.api.stardock.net" to my hots file.
Count me in. Alternatively knowing the update url could be nice to be able to block it on my firewall.
Same here. I use roll-up quite a lot and find it extremely slow on my laptop since the latest update. I use Windows 7 Home Premium. Can I roll back to a previous version?
That's what I did without any issue. I used http://www.filehorse.com/download-fences/ Just chose Fences 3.03 from the drop down.
I have the exact same issue with Fences 3.0.4.12 on Windows 7. Moving an Icon is much slower as it was with the prior Version. As well searchng for a Desktop icon by typing is very slow now. For instance you search for an icon called "FILE" you normally type "F I L E" and Windows jumps to the first Icon with "F" than "FI" followed by "FIL" and then "FILE" With Version 3.0.4.12 Windows now jumps to an Icon starting with "F" then to one with "I", "L" and "E"<br /
