I, too, cannot update Windows 11 because of a previous, uninstalled version of Start10. I am a paid subscriber. I have already uninstalled Start10. I installed Start11, and then upgraded to Start11 v2. Due to this problem preventing upgrading Windows itself, I have now uninstalled every Stardock app in the hope of getting Windows 11 to update. Unfortunately, it is now impossible to update Windows 11. I will be forced to perform a full reset of the system just because I

I'm so glad the solution was this easy. I love ObjectDock! I just want to offer the strong recommendation to migrate the "Change Monitor" option to the MAIN LIST so it is much more prominent (the list that includes "On my dock", "Position", "Size", etc.) The reason is that I just lost an hour trying to google why I lost my dock and couldn't get it back even after "Unloading" Object Dock and then restarting it. I tried everything. This program is so important for my workflow th

Windows 10 major update to v17074 Insider Preview (a few hours of waiting - major Windows 10 insider update) just completed last night and now Virtual Desktop Manager is completely broken and unusable. Literally nothing happens when you attempt to hit the Win+Tab hotkey except that sometimes you see the virtual screen and then no amount of clicking makes it go away. I just spent a couple of hours trying to figure out what was going on, because I depend on Windows 10 Virtual Desk

Update: This morning - it is working. Last night I did change some Windows settings - I forget which, something to do with whether to use the 'Windows Search' or something like that - and I have no idea if that had an effect, or not. But suddenly this morning Start10 is back to working. Perhaps Windows needed time to (automatically) rebuild the index? In any case - Can I suggest that you give users a clear message about this when you install Start10 or when a

Hello! Frustratingly, I am having the exact same problem. Tonight, "Windows 10 Creator Update" installed itself. When it was done (hours later), Start10 would not pull up any program search results via typing the text of the desired program in the Start menu. At first I thought it was Windows, but then when I clicked the top item corresponding to "Show Normal Windows Start Menu", and then tried it, Windows performed the search just fine. Having run into Start

I just created a ticket. Thanks for looking into this! I will be thrilled when I know that I can safely install the automatic updates! Gotta say, I hate the Windows 10 menu so it hurts to be assaulted by it and its @%^^y neon pop-up advertisements when I restart after updating Start 10. Thanks!

Hello - This problem happened again today with the automatic update. When I restarted the computer, there was no Start 10 menu - just the Windows 10 menu. I uninstalled the full application, restarted, logged on to the Stardock website, downloaded it and installed it again. Just curious if you've had a chance to look at this? I'd love to be able to install the automatic updates without it breaking Start 10. Thanks! Dan

Hello! I've encountered a problem with both of the last two automatic updates. When it happened the first time, I figured it was just a fluke. However, the same thing happened today with another Start10 automatic update. I hope you can identify the issue so that hopefully it won't happen again. When I am prompted with the 'update available' prompt for Start10, I click OK. After the automatic update downloads and completes, I am prompted to restart my co
