Hi, There seems to be a limit to the number of pinned items that I can add on to the start10. If I exceed the limit, the additional pinned item become hidden away from the start menu. Please enable the startmenu to be resized so that the hidden pinned items can be seen. Thankyou.

My product key is missing. No email with product key ever arrived either. I've filed support request (ticket ID: YCW-425-88912), but so far no response followed. Is there any way to get the missing key? Thanks in advance.
