It would seem a very nice addition to Start11 to build in a Save to and Restore from backup. I doubt the average user will take advantage of the Registry option. While I love Start11 and its predecessors, I do find it very confusing on how to set it up given the number of different places one must navigate to get it done.
Thanks for the response. I tested it and It works perfectly although I always get a bit nervous when altering the Registry. Fortunately I can always restore from an Acronis image backup[e digicons]|-)[/e]
I have just purchased a Windows 11 Home laptop and installed Start11 V1.47 to it. I find it difficult to keep track of all the places I've setup configuration. Now that I've finally got it just the way I like it as a former Start10 user I'd like to somehow document the setup (eg, In case I need to re-install again). Is there a way to save configuration? The location of some folder would be acceptable. I could then save that folder and restore if needed. Thanks
Would be very nice if Stat10 included the option to clear the list of recently used program similar to what Windows 7 offered
