The Purge link can't be found: This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.

When I try to attach a third computer an error pops up stating that Multiplicity Pro only allows 2 computers to be connected and gives a button to upload to Multiplicity Pro. I have a pro license and in the about it states pro and i have the latest version.
