Hello. I have been using Fences 2.1 paid ver for last few years. Recently changed laptop & reinstalled fences. But the desktop icons get locked after installation ( cannot be dragged / moved ). If I restart laptop after uninstall Fences, it becomes normal. ( Tried uncheck AUTO ALIGN / AUTO GRID settings - no solution). Pl adv how to resolve. In case I buy Fences 3.0, will I still have same problems? B Rgds GS
