bug report - icon isn't shown in fence in Fences Stardock Forums

I have included Ultra Compare Icon into a Fence called "Program". However, every time I needed it I could never find it. Even I extended its board to maximum. I though I forgot, until today I created another shortcut into it. Same filename reported. I opened the desktop, find the original and did drag again. It reports: "The source and destination filenames are the same". But I just can't see it. p.s. that shortcut is not marked hidden. I can see it front desktop folder.
