Windows Explorer Spinning, Crashes - Fences Never Loads Icons on Startup in Fences Stardock Forums

I have had Fences 2.x for a long time. Recently, upon my weekly reboot and upon my login, Fences wouldn't load my Desktop icons and the Windows Explorer mouse cursor is a spinning circle for many minutes. Eventually, after 20-30 minutes, Windows Explorer would start working, but Fences would not load. I lived with it for a few weeks.
