I sent the e-mail last monday, so if the goal is 5 business days, then I guess they have until Monday? (I'm impatient, what can I say. :)

So I sent a request to the support people requesting the DLC codes for Dragon Age Ultimate (yes, I was an idiot and deleted the original purchase e-mail with recording the redeem codes.) So they sent me a ticket number and warned me not to contact them again before I heard from them, as that would reset my place in the queue. So I have waited. It is now 6 days. Is that usual? Should I continue to wait or should I send another request?
