Basj, The Snipping Tool did not work. Every time I clicked on the Snipping Tool to capture an image, the Start Menu disappeared. So, to get you the information requested, I too a picture with my phone. I hope this helps as I am at my wits end. Karen
I have been using Start10 successfully on 3 computers. My most recent addition was a Dell Laptop running Windows 10 Pro. I had been using the trial period and everything was normal.
