Is there any way to break alliances between 2 other civs? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I'm in a game where the 3 other civs and I are all allied with each other. I'm am now ready to conquer but as soon as I attack I will lose the 3300 BC a month I get from my trade routes and I will go bankrupt. So is there a way to sabotage an alliance between 2 powers?
