Windows version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.258) When changing the taskbar size to large and then back to medium, the taskbar on my 2nd monitor is stuck on large. I can't get it to go back to small/medium. The icons will change size, but the taskbar itself stays Large on the secondary display.

GalCiv1 had this same problem. People just aren't used to difficulty levels adjusting what the AI actually does, rather than just giving it more or less money. They see the AI on "normal" do something stupid, and think stupid AI; not realizing that yes, it is a stupid AI. At "normal" it's supposed to be! Not that the AI is perfect or anything even on Intelligent, just saying.

Not that I'm excusing SD's having put the option in the manual but not in the game, but why not just use WinAmp or something to play music and turn off the in game music? Why is this such a big deal to you, AB?

I'm pretty sure you CAN move people between colonies. Hit launch, and load up a transport or colony ship at an inhabited world. Fly to another inhabited world. Hit launch; adjust the slider to 0, hit OK. The ship will launch and leave the people behind.
