Operating System Windows 11 Home (

As you can see no NEW or FOLDER.. I have checked every button there but no New Folder exists. Also the last one MORE OPTIONS shows the same options with the above. The INSERT IMAGE that you suggested doesnt exist. Only the + sign exists.

Sorry but I do not know how to attach a link which is in a folder in my compouter and will show you what the right click on the screen shows. Can you instruct me this? Anyway there is no anywhere the "NEW" button and therefore the "FOLDER" as you show in your message. Thanks Kirk

Hi there It seems that I cannot create a new Windows folder on the desktop or inside an existing Fence 3 square. This is too bothersome. Is there a way? Kirk
