I would also like this feature. I have several games that I play only in the middle monitor of my three screen setup. Since these are not "fullscreen" games, objectdock continues to pop up when I get to the edges (which in an rts happens every couple seconds). This means everytime I launch these games, I have to open the objectdock settings and disable the docks on my central monitor. Suggestion...
