85 mb to update????? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I downloaded the original version of Galciv, and now would like to update. dont even have 1.01. When i go to SDC, it shows me 1.02 and if i try to install, it starts an 85 meg install. Do i really have to download the whole thing again to update? that would be insane ~SDC~
