Hi There I Have downloaded themes directly yes but still no joy double click the theme file nothing happens.

Hi Everybody I Have used Stardocks software for years now and never had no problems. On Friday morning I Bought Stardocks Curtains and I Was impressed at first so after downloading themes I Tried to apply them nothing ! After going to the online tab and pressing download it downloads then say's installing but that's it nothing else it just stops does not apply nothing happens at all ! Could anybody please explain to me why this is happening? Thanks and kind
