Fixed it, had to goo through my Direct X files and removed the out dated components and reinstall it now runs perfectly fine like it used to

HELP PLEASE! I've had Sins for some time and been able to fix any problems that have popped up but I've recently reinstalled the game unto my new system and the game crashes upon starting up leaving me on a black screen and creates a mini dump. I've gone through and troubleshooted as well as gone through various Forum and steam posts in a hopes to fix it but no success. My System: - Windows 10 pro v1607 - AMD
