Sorry for the delay, got a few Internet issue recently. Currently running Windows 11 professional 21H2 22000.434 Both monitors are AOC 2477W1M, 1920×1080, connecting by HDMI 2.0 cable directly from graphic card. System scaling is set to 100%. Have Wallpaper Engine running, closing it doesn't help.

The problem happend to both monitors, and there is some more information: The transparent bug not just related to the auto-hide taskbar option, but whether the tastbar is hidden or not. Found some problems when using transparency and blur effect in auto-hide taskbar, dual-monitor. If I turn the "Blur the Wallpaper under the taskbar" option on before I turn on the Windows auto-hide taskbar option, everything goes normal.
