Having an issue where Fences appears twice in my Startup apps. Any idea why? Is it safe to remove one of them? If so, which one.

So this is the setting I currently have. When I turn it off, I get the expected behavior, but also limited options.
I believe this issues was with Start 10 as well. I have 3 monitors. When I right-click on one of the other two monitors (other than the primary), I would expect the right-click menu to appear on that monitor. It doesn't, but only opens on the primary monitor. This may have been an overlooked feature, but if so, can you please add it to your feature list.
When aligning fences the first two rows on the screen snap to alignment correctly, but the 3rd row doesn't. Can't figure it out. Don't think it's a Windows issue.
So I create and new fence, drag an icon (shortcut) on top of it and it doesn't put it in the fence. I move the fence away and the icon is still on the desktop, but not in the fence. Has anyone else encountered this? Very annoying. Any of my existing fences are okay as long as I don't drag the icon out and try to put it back in.
This might be a duplicate post. No System Tray icons on the Dock. See the attached external link
Thanks for the update. So is there support for multiple screens? I'm using Start10 and have my main screen on my 17" laptop, but also have 2 - 27" monitors. Would be nice to create a new ObjectDock on another monitor.
I subscribed to Object Desktop Manager figuring I would get all the products offered. Why not ObjectDock?
Thanks Neil, Any ETA on 1.0 release?
So here's the deal. I'm running Windows 10 (Release) and Start10 (latest build). I've selected in Taskbar and Start Menu properties, "Show taskbar on all displays". When I click on the Start icon from any screen (I have 2-27" monitors) other than my main laptop screen, It opens the Start Menu on the main laptop screen. My expectation would be to open the Start Menu on the screen it was invoked from.
