I found a response in my spam folder, for some reason. The emails from Stardock were coming in, but replies to my question were getting caught.

By the way, I purchased it before I created my account, thinking it would just activate the program, and I wouldn't have to go through all this. It wasn't until after it failed to work properly that I had to create the account to search for the answers in the forum. I can send the transaction information to whoever needs it, of they'll get back in contact with me, and let me know who I need to talk to. I'm just trying to get the program I paid for to work.</p

I clicked the purchase button on the popup for Stardock Fences, and paid the $9.99 fee through paypal. The program never activated, and I never received the product key via email, to enter manually. I've sent emails, and still haven't gotten a response. How do I go about activating this program?
