In OneDrive it is called Files-on-Demand. This feature in OneDrive is essential for working with my files without having to manually download them before I need them. I have installed Fences, Groupy, Multiplicity, Start10, and SpaceMonger. I also installed, then removed, DeskScapes, Tiles, WindowBlinds and WindowsFX, all seemed to massively slow down my laptop (Surface Laptop with 16GB RAM). I use the Standard Windows Pointers "Windows Default (large) (system scheme)".&n
