It was an upgrade, as I was an user buying version 2 (unlimited users), then upgrade to 3 (3 User), then bought version 4. I noticed with Version 2.13 on boot up, the screen is blank, just the desktop background, no icons for about 15-30 seconds running fences. Has anyone else seem this ?

WOW, Install only on one computer. This needs to be fixed. That why I like apple policy. If you bought it, you can install on all your equipment. Talk about being held as hostage.
