Your myaccount link displays a product, Start8, that I purchased in 2014 and not the product, Start11, I purchased a few days ago in 2022. The activation did work once for the original machine I used to purchase the Start 11 product. But has failed to activate for the other two computers I have with Windows 11. The other information in the support link are irrelevant to my issue. Eric
I bought a Start11 5-pack. On the original machine, the activation worked just fine. However, when I try to activate a second on a another machine, the email address copied directly from the invoice is not accepted. Should there be more than one product key displayed? Perhaps five instead of just one?
