Do they plan on anymore major updates before launch?

Anyone have a good strategies for this game or a proper help guide, not a guide that tells you what all the units are. For example I just found out no more then one dreadnaught can be an army. Also When I select a dreadnuaght all the building options for units come up but if I click on them nothing seems to happen is that a bug

Many moons ago before steam there was impulse driven. For some reason I forgot about it. Anyway just remembered it, and found out that it was sold to gamestop, but they dont have any of the few games I had through them. Are they all gone now? Now Idea if anyone here can shed light on this. Just asking.

I am relatively new to this game so I was messing around a on a small map with easy ai. I had him beat and was just toying with him But after I took out all his radioactive just leaving him with metal. He froze and stopped producing. It looked like he would only try to build stuff that required radioactive effectively shutting his production down.
