I just updated to Start11 Version 1.41 on my PC running Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1265). I am using the Windows 7 Style menu with the Windows 7 Style substyle. As has been the case since Version 1.36, when I right-click on the Start Menu, on any item in the Start Menu, or on the Taskbar, the context menu displays with a black background. This is not the way that Start11 worked on Windows 11 from October 10, 2021 until the update to Version 1.36. And that's not the wa

The keystroke combination Windows Key-Shift-S has no effect. It should launch the Snipping Tool. I'm running Start11 Version 1.0 on Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Build 22000.282. Note this keystroke combination does launch the Snipping Tool with Start11 Version 1.0 on Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Build 19043.1288. The problem was with Windows 11, not Start11. The problem is resolved with update KB5008295.
