Created new folder on desktop, pulled 10 unrelated icons out of their fence, renamed them all to the folder name, changed icons

One of those annoying bugs that pops up once a month or so with Fences. This time a simple restart didn't return things to normal. I have a dual monitor setup, with fences only set up on one monitor. I also use Fence's 'desktop pages' feature. Today, I attempted to create a folder on my desktop (right clicking, "create new - folder", etc). When I entered a name for the folder, about 10 icons all from the same fence (which was on a different
