While I'm sure you are doing your best to help, I need VERY ACCURATE information. I have decided not to go through any more aggravation. I deleted Fences from my computer and BOUGHT another LIFETIME subscription. I spent a few dollars that I feel I should not have to spend but I just gave up trying to correct things through E-mail. There are plenty of large companies that still have live people assisting customers by phone, I strongly urge you to do the same.

On 11/20/24 Made LIFETIME purchase. IT IS WORKING FINE on this one and only computer. On same day, I first also purchased an annual subscription because of confusing ads. I didn't want the annual subscription, I opted for the LIFETIME one. Probably didn't cancel the annual order because too confusing to try to cancel. This might be causing the pop ups.

I could not find where your reply showed but I did stumble into the proper place and have disabled Quick-Hide. I'l wait awhile but that probably was the solution. Thank you for your assistance

I am not familiar with forums so I may get some steps wrong. My desk icon droups disappear without warning or any clicking from me. If I click they reappear and then disappear again after a few minutes. I use Win11 64bit

I cannot remove a fence from the desktop. Lock fences is not checked. I created a second fence and now I cannot remove either one. I've used Fences since it was free so please don't tell me to use the X.
