the Icons cannot be moved (drag and drop etc) after comming back from hiding the desktop. I mean, when I return to my regular desktop the icons cannot be moved anymore to a diffferent place. Thank you for your help Gert Fences 2.01

please help. Start8 1.31 does not start after update or new installation.
