hi,i'm running win xp sp3 on my notebook,everytime i try to install windowblinds (7.4 as i understood it goes with my os) when it hits like 3% an error message pops up and reads : ''The file 'd:\documents and settings\all users\?????????\stardock\windowblinds\anim.dll' (the question marks could be because my computer is in russian and similar stuff happen,but i don't know for sure) could not be opened Please check that your disk is not full and that you have acces
