It is kinda odd this seems to be happening on clean installs. You would that would be the ideal situation.
Controlled Folder Access is NOT on I do have a license.sig file. I've activated via Username & Password as well as by activation code. No dice. Could this be a RAM issue? I only have 8GB RAM on this laptop, not that I actually have had anything else running during all this. The RAM issue might be holding me up on the whole sandboxing thing. I'm thinking of reformatting the whole device. Maybe Microsoft has s

No, both listings are set to Enable. Could it be a problem with one of the Services not running correctly?
Tried VM Ware and it failed as well. This laptop only has 8GB of RAM, so I'm guessing that's the holdup. So - no Sandbox available.
1) Windows Sandbox: I tried to enable it, but the setting just isn't there - at all. After some googling, I discovered that if a system doesn't have it as an option, apparently it just won't show up. I tried the clean boot after creating a new user account with admin privileges. I even performed a purge as well as a new install under this account just to make sure. I have NOTHING else running and am perplexed as to what could be causing this - other than some sort of incompatibility with Windows 11, but it seems like others are having a simple time with it.
Nope. Still not working. Right-clicking and dragging to open a fence does nothing, and if you right-click and pull up a system menu, "Enable Fences" is there but clicking it also does nothing. See screenshot below. Any other ideas?
I'm using an Intel CPU. 10900k.
I'm having this exact same problem, but on a brand new computer running Windows 11. Version 21H2 (OS build 22000.1281) And yes, this is with Fences 4, newest version 4.0.7.2. I can't get Fences to even enable, much less do anything else.
